Formech and Autotype Ltd have jointly developed a machine for In Mould Decorations (IMD). The Formech IMD600 is available for on-site demonstration at the Autotype facility in Wantage.

British Plastics Federation

The Plastics and Rubber Advisory Service (PRAS) was established by the British Plastics Federation (BPF) in 1982 to provide expert advice on plastics use, material selection, process selection and design.

Formech is a long standing member of the BPF. Together we have worked closely to create a dedicated vacuum forming process page within the Prasweb site.

Polymer Training Centre

Formech is working in partnership with PTL which specialises in training, further education and providing support for product design, materials selection, company and product incubation, tool trialling and prototyping. A number of Formech machines are available for use, demonstrations and training at PTL's training centre in Telford.

Formech have worked with Stephen Webster Plastics for over 20 years. This company specializes in plastic sheet for the vacuum forming, with a nationwide delivery service, backed up by a fast, accurate cut to size service and full technical backup.

Trade Formers

Markfield Plastics Limited is a trade former based in Leicestershire, with a range of Formech vacuum forming and packaging machines. They specialize in Vacuum & Thermo Forming Blisters, Polyurethane Casting, Point Of Sale, and Heat Bending & Assembly.
