Formech FLB500 line bender (120V)

The FLB500 line bender enables users to form an accurate bend in a sheet of plastic up to 500mm wide.

Using an Incoloy heating element, which are known for strength at high temperatures, the FLB500 enables quick and controlled bends. A printed measurement grid helps ensure correct alignment, whilst a guard protects users from the heating process and securely clamps the plastic sheet.

The FLB500 comes with a 500mm cooling jig, which features a fully-adjustable 180° range designed to maintain the desired angle of the heated bent plastic whilst cooling.

Optional extras include a 3mm width reducer if you require a particularly sharp bend in thicker material or to create an accurate sharp bend in material of less than 1mm and an adjustable fence to ensure exact positioning of the sheet each time. Additional cooling jigs are sold separately.
