As our mid-sized desktop vacuum former, the 450DT strikes a great balance between footprint and performance.
Plug and Play
With a built-in vacuum pump, the 450DT requires no external source of vacuum (such as a vacuum cleaner or air supply) so is a truly Plug and Play system - just connect it to a standard electricity socket. This means a smaller overall footprint, no plumbed-in external connections and a more hygienic operation.
Multiple Uses
The 450DT's forming area and draw depth are perfect for prototyping and sampling, arts & craft projects, pastry and chocolatier moulding, and small-product production lines. To keep users safe (especially important for schools), a mechanical safety interlock prevents the table being raised while heaters are in the forward position.
Heating Control
Energy-efficient quartz heaters with variable standby offer a rapid response, saving time and energy. Four heating zones can be independently controlled from 0%-100%, while a touchscreen control with programmable settings enables quick operation for each application.
