Formech TF686 reel-fed vacuum former (US spec)

The TF686 combines fully automated vacuum forming operation with a compact size and footprint.

Capable of operating autonomously using reel materials up to 0.07 inches thick and sheet materials up to 0.2 in thick, and with a maximum sheet size of 27 x 26 inches, the TF686 is a highly versatile industrial machine for manufacturing, packaging and continuous thermoforming applications.

It comes with high-end features as standard, such as Plug Assist, pneumatic clamping, table, and heater drive with ceramic elements, cooling system, vacuum tank, safety light curtain, and an extensive range of options.

Ceramic heaters
Ceramic heaters are well suited for high volume production when heaters are engaged for long periods and constant temperature must be maintained.

Plug Assist including digitally controlled flow valve
Pneumatically-powered Plug Assist forces the heated material into tool cavities to increase the thickness of material at the bottom of the cavity.

Pneumatically powered hinged clamping frame
A pneumatically powered clamping system that provides powerful and effortless control.

What's included?

A table mesh
12mm push-in tube fitting on machine (connected to 1/2" BSP regulator)
3m x 12mm pipe supplied with 12mm push-in to 1/2" BSPT fitting
Approx. 5m Flying lead, with exposed conductor wires to connect to mains power box
