Formech TF750 reel-fed vacuum former (US spec)

The TF750 is Formech’s mid-sized industrial automated vacuum forming machine using reel or sheet materials, balancing substantial forming capabilities with size and footprint.

Versatile enough for large and small continuous thermoforming production lines, the TF750 has a maximum reel width of 26 inches and a maximum reel thickness of 0.07 inches. A maximum sheet size of 29.5 x 21.3 inches, a forming area of 27.6 x 19.7 inches, and a maximum sheet thickness of 0.25 inches offer impressive sheet-fed production capabilities.

It comes with a range of high-end features as standard, such as Plug Assist, pneumatic clamping, table, and heater drive with ceramic elements, cooling system, vacuum tank, safety light curtain, remote connectivity, and an extensive range of options.

Pneumatic table with speed regulator
This useful feature lifts the tool table quickly and precisely, providing effortless operation, even with heavy tools.

Ceramic heaters
Ceramic heaters are well suited for high volume production when heaters are engaged for long periods and constant temperature must be maintained.

Pre-stretch
Pre-stretch pumps air into the heated sheet, creating a bubble to avoid thinning of material with deeper tools.
