Formech HD750 vacuum former (US spec)
The HD750 offers semi-autonomous vacuum forming for continuous operation, with an alternative sized sheet to the HD686.
Designed for industrial thermoforming of small to mid-sized items, the HD750 comes with high-end features as standard, such as the pneumatic clamping, table, and heater drive with quartz elements, cooling system, vacuum tank, safety light curtain, and remote connectivity, and an extensive range of options.
The HD750 takes a maximum sheet size of 750x540mm, with a draw depth of 350mm and a material thickness of up to 6mm.
Pneumatic table with speed regulator
Lifts tool table quickly and precisely making effortless operation, even with heavy tools.
Safety light curtain
Protects users from accidental injury by halting all mechanical actions when light curtain is broken.
16 independently controllable heating zones
Provide rapid heat response with a greater range of control to form challenging shapes and materials.
What's included?
- A table mesh
- 12mm push-in tube fitting on machine (connected to 1/2" BSP regulator)
- 3m x 12mm air connection pipe with 12mm push-in to 1/2" BSPT fitting
- Approx. 5m flying lead, with exposed conductor wires to connect to mains power box
- 12 months warranty

Typical delivery time is 10-12 weeks from payment.
NB: The minimum material thickness is 0.25mm/0.009843 inches. To use a thinner material, please contact us to discuss sending a sample to test.
